Jenna Trunzo
Marketing & Advertising Manager

Jenna is responsible for designing and proofing ads, creating and developing marketing pieces, as well as researching and taking a critical look at various marketing and advertising mediums. Jenna is also responsible for analyzing and maximizing our web presence as well as keeping our web pages fresh and current. She also manages mailing campaigns, the writing of press releases, and media relations. Additional tasks include entering and maintaining resale listings in MLS, communicating showing feedback to sellers, and processing paperwork from contract to closing.

Jenna is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, where she attended Chatham College and received her degree in both Graphic Design and Art History. Jenna and her husband moved to the Raleigh area 6 years ago to escape the cold and snow! After buying their first home, she took an interest in working behind the scenes in the real estate industry. She found the right fit with GMA, Inc. and has been working with the company for nearly 2 years.

Kathy Summers
New Home Marketing Manager

Kathy is responsible for entering and maintaining listings in MLS and our websites. Additional job responsibilities include creating and maintaining brochures and flyers, sending showing feedback to builders, coordinating photography/virtual tours and house measuring. Kathy also handles the processing of paperwork from contract to closing for Gina's new home communities.


Kathy is a native of Chicago, where she graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. After moving to Florida, she became a licensed real estate agent assisting both buyers and sellers. Before long, Kathy and her husband were moving again and landed in North Carolina. She's been here for over 20 years and loves it! After her daughter started school, Kathy joined Gina's team and has been with us for 6 years!

Christine VanOver
Buyer Specialist

Christine is responsible for assisting buyers, finding the right home for their specific needs. She also handles contract to closing for her clients.

With a custom home builder for a father, Christine grew up in the real estate business. She received her degree in English at the University of Tennessee but proceeded to get her real estate license 5 years ago. She felt she needed to return to her roots when she remembered how rewarding it can be to help people get the home of their dreams. Christine immediately makes people feel at ease. She's personable and has an entertaining sense of humor. She is quick on her toes and is good at listening to a buyer's wants and needs and matching them up with that just right home!
